Support Field Day on Friday, March 25!
We are getting excited for Field Day 2022. In order to make the day a success, we need donations and Raptor-cleared parent volunteers. Follow the links below to sign up. Thank you for your support!
Field Day Dress Code
On Field Day, students may dress according to the following guidelines from the Family Handbook below. This is also Trivium-wide Spirit Day, so students are encouraged to wear one of the following: Athenian Spirit Wear, a Class t-shirt, an Athenians Sports t-shirt, a Run the Virtues 5K t-shirt or a Trivium Prep spirit wear shirt.
Athletic Practice and Outdoor Field Day Dress Code
Just as Archway provides guidelines for dress code in the classroom, it is important to project the image of professionalism in our athletic attire as well.
All shirts worn for athletic practices and field day should be modest, loose fitting, in good repair (no holes, torn sleeves, etc.), should be worn either tucked in or well over the waist of the pants/shorts if not tucked in. No midriffs may be shown. T‐shirts are preferred—no tank tops, camisoles, or sports bras may be worn as outer garments. Sleeveless shirts may be worn if modest.
Shorts should be modest, in good repair (no holes, torn sleeves, etc.) Shorts should be worn at the waist and should be no shorter than mid‐thigh and no‐longer than just below the knee. No short‐shorts or long baggy shorts may be worn. No boxers or undergarments may be visible.
Attire should be free of logos and messages, with the following exceptions: sports team logos (e.g., Diamondbacks, Notre Dame), and apparel brand names (e.g., Adidas, Abercrombie) are acceptable, provided they do not make inappropriate allusions (as do some skateboarding/ snowboarding brands). These guidelines also apply to sweatshirts and jackets that students may wear. Footwear should be athletic in nature: no sandals, open‐toed, or platform shoes. Hats and sunscreen may be appropriate, if the students will be in the sun. Hat styles should follow the same guidelines as above.

Health Office Update
As we are entering full swing into the cold and flu season, I would like to provide some updates regarding student health. We do ask that you please do not send your scholars to school when they are sick.
In order to prevent the spread of illness, scholars will be sent home if they present with excessive coughing, sore throat, fever, abdominal pain, vomiting or diarrhea. Please plan to pick up your scholar as soon as possible or within one hour if you do receive a call. If your scholar is sent home from school due to illness, they should not return until they have completed 24 hours symptom free.
Please notify the Health Office of any changes that arise with your scholar's health status, such as: new diagnosis, new medications, surgery or hospitalizations, factures or injuries and communicable diseases in the scholar or their immediate family.
For those interested in supporting the health office through donations, we are in need of water bottles, granola bars, and cracker donations!
Thank you for your support in keeping our campus healthy and safe!
