The City of Lakeland is seeking community feedback and opinions regarding services received through interactions with City Departments. The online survey can be accessed by visiting www.COLCsurvey.com October 15, 2023, through November 15, 2023. The user-friendly survey asks respondents to share valuable feedback that will be used during the strategic planning process. Residents are invited to share their impression of the community, rate City interactions, and share thoughts about Lakeland’s future priorities.
