GRATITUDE

What is Gratitude? Gratitude is an expression of appreciation for and to return kindness. Studies show that there are social and personal benefits to making a conscious effort to practice gratitude. It generates positivity, makes a person feel happier, people experience healthier relationships, and do better academically and professionally. Cultivate Gratitude this month, start by noticing the goodness in life.
