NEW! Accuro Enhancements for

Ocean eReferral Users

Senders : Improved Attachment Workflow

QHR has improved the attachment workflow for senders who use the Accuro EMR. Using the generate letter workflow, clinicians will now have the option to ‘Save for Ocean’ which will automatically queue the generated letter with attachments for upload into Ocean. This process auto-clears the recipient information and allows offices to eliminate multiple clicks.

Your Accuro System Administrator can enable these improvements in the EMR Settings. Please see the instructions on how to set-up this new button: Enabling the 'Save for Ocean' Button in Accuro and step-by-step instructions on the generate letter workflow and ‘Save for Ocean’ functionality: Attaching a Clinical Note or Document from Accuro to an Ocean eConsult and/or eReferral

Receivers: Automatic Update of Referring Physician in New Patient Demographics

When receiving a new Ocean eReferral and importing into Accuro, when the net new patient chart is created in Accuro, the Referring Provider will now be populated into the “Referring Phys” field in the patient demographic, if the referring provider is in the address book.

Your Ocean Site Administrator can enable this feature by re-authenticating Cloud Connect. Please see instructions here: Re-Authenticating Ocean Cloud Connect

For questions or support with either of these new enhancements, please contact your Change Management Specialist or eReferral@eHealthCE.ca.
