We are VERY excited to invite everyone to our First Annual Golf Outing! Get together with a few friends and don't miss out on this fun end-of-the-year event! You can spend the day out on the green or come join the golfers afterward for a cocktail party, dinner, and auction. Tickets are now available. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS

DEADLINE FOR SPONSORS - MAY 31ST

Get your message out at our Golf Outing as a Golf Hole or Golf Cart Sponsor! Your name, message, or picture will be displayed and promoted with your sponsorship. Have a child being promoted to the next grade? Congratulate them on a sign at the event! Show your class pride! Group of Moms? Partner with your favorite family or your child’s bestie’s family. Get a group together and show your support!

 

Class, grade, or teams can also chip in to donate an item for auction through the event’s Amazon Wish List.

These items will be raffled off during the cocktail reception.

 

Too busy but want to support? No problem. You can make a quick donation through Venmo @ColtsNeckPTO.       

No donation is too small or too big!

SPRING FLOWER SALE

MAY 7TH | CONOVER ROAD PRIMARY SCHOOL

Students who pre-purchased flowers will be able to make their selections on May 7th. There will be no IOUs or day-of purchases. Pickup will be open for remote students from 9:30-2:15. A table will be set up at CRPS for both schools. If you would like to volunteer to help children select their flowers at the sale, please contact Jenn at jlwinkelmann12@yahoo.com.

6TH AND 7TH GRADE IPLAY TRIP

MAY 7TH | 6:30-9 PM | IPLAY AMERICA

Join your friends for an afternoon of fun and games! Cost is $25/student. Price covers rides, 4D theater, go-karts, unlimited non-redemption games, one game of laser tag, and a $5 redemption game card. Still accepting RSVPs. 8TH GRADE GRADUATION ADS

SUBMISSIONS DUE MAY 15TH

Let your graduate know how proud you are of their achievements by placing a congratulatory ad in the 2021 Cedar Drive Middle School graduation program! These ads are a great way to celebrate your graduate's hard work, and they make terrific keepsakes. All pages are black and white and can include photos. We also offer a Shout-Out section just for students. Students may want to show support for their friends as they move onto high school, or they may want to thank their favorite teachers and administrators.

8TH GRADE BABY PHOTOS

PHOTOS DUE MAY 15TH

Parents of the class of 2021, help us celebrate your star! Please send in a wallet sized baby picture, as well as a current picture of your graduate. Be sure to write their name and homeroom on the back of both pictures and on the envelope. Photos will be arranged in a display for the 8th grade dance.View FLYER for details.

JUNE 3RD | 6-10 PM | BELLA VISTA COUNTRY CLUB

Join your friends and celebrate your last year in the Colts Neck Schools! PRE-K PICNIC

JUNE 10TH | 1-3 PM | BUCKS MILL PARK

Join your Pre-k friends for a fun end-of-the-year picnic! The kids will enjoy some outdoor games and an ice cream treat! Bring a blanket or towel to sit on to this FREE event. Stop in and choose just the right size for you, your family members, or a friend. All proceeds go back to the PTO. VOLUNTEER TODAY FOR A LEADERSHIP POSITION!

EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS FOR 2021-22 SCHOOL YEAR

Help us do more for our school community!  In planning for the upcoming school year, we are seeking dynamic volunteers to join the PTO executive board. Open positions include: 

Fundraising Director: Oversees the implementation of fundraising activities and programs. 

Sponsorship Director: Works closely with the Fundraising Director with a focus on building partnerships to support special events and programs. 

Assistant Communication Director: Manages the PTO website and leads the social medial accounts. 

Our team works together to decide and plan school activities, raise funds, and provide the extra resources that our children need to learn and grow in school. COMMUNITY CORNER

The 3rd annual Liv like a Unicorn clothing drive will be held on 5/16 from 10AM-2PM at 175 Topaz Drive, Freehold. Items accepted include: new or gently used men, women, and children’s clothing; shoes; purses; belts; bed and bath linens; and stuffed animals. Small bicycles will also be accepted.


Colts Neck American Youth Cheer and Football (AYC/AYF) has officially opened registration for Fall Cheerleading. Registration for Fall Football remains open. Don't wait, secure your spot now!   The Fall season will begin in August 2021.  Open to ages 5-14. Visit WEBSITE to register and stay up to date on the latest information.



Colts Neck Township is having a Memorial Day Parade on 5/31. This event hosts a bicycle decorating contest and trophies will be awarded. Judging will begin at 10:00 AM. View FLYER for details.
