Efficiency Works Bonus Expiring Soon!
The Efficiency Works 2023 bonus will end on Nov. 1! Projects must be completed and rebate applications must be submitted by that date. The bonus is 50% on top of our existing energy and water product rebates which can dramatically reduce your project cost.
Bill Date Changing
Beginning January 1, 2024, you’ll receive your monthly utility bill a few days later than usual. Due dates will not change – they will still be 20 days after the date your bill is generated.

As a reminder, bills can be paid online, via mail, phone, and in person. We also encourage registering for e-bill and setting up recurring payments to make this a seamless process as applicable.
Prevent Plumbing Problems
Avoid clogs and expensive plumbing repairs in your business' bathroom. Encourage employees and customers to only flush the three Ps: pee, poo and toilet paper. Utilities can help you spread the word. Email UtilitiesCustomerAccounts@fcgov.com to request bathroom stall 'clings' to put up in your restroom.
