Relax and Retreat

As you read this newsletter, I am on my way to a Yoga and Pilates retreat at the Amansala Resort in Tulum, Mexico. Both Yoga and Pilates offer physical and mental benefits like relaxation, increased blood flow and expanded range of motion. You don’t have to leave the country or go on retreat to participate.
