Shelby Brown
Former HPC member Shelby W. Brown, Jr. peacefully passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at the age of 91 at the Christwood Retirement Community in Covington, LA. He was preceded in death by Mary Etta, his wife of 70 years.
