Sea Pines CSA will begin Tree Work Next Week for Phase 2 of the North Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project:
Tree work will begin mid-week of September 13th, weather permitting.
Work will be performed Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Flag persons will be present to control traffic, as needed.
Motorists should expect traffic delays. The project area is considered an active work zone. Please use caution while driving in this area. To avoid the project area, please use the main gate located on Greenwood Drive.
Signage will be placed throughout the work zones and at various locations within the community, to communicate project messages.
Please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.

Demolition Project of Gallery of Shoppes Building Located at 14 Greenwood Drive
Topsoil was delivered Wednesday, September 8th, and will be applied by the end of this week, weather permitting.
Over the next couple of weeks, the installation of irrigation and sod will be completed.
Work hours will be Monday-Friday from 7 AM-7 PM and drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists are asked to use caution. No impact to Greenwood Drive traffic is anticipated.

Tree Trimming Continues Around The Community
Tree trimming will take place around the community on Wednesday and Thursday of next week. Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic. Drivers are asked to proceed with caution in the work zones.

Town of Hilton Head Island Animal Beach Visiting Hours Reminder
Tuesday after Labor Day (9/7) thru September
Dogs allowed on a leash from 10 AM - 5 PM
Dogs allowed on a leash or under positive voice control from 5 PM - 10 AM
October thru March
Dogs allowed anytime on a leash or under positive voice control
Additional Regulations
Animal excrement must be removed and properly disposed of from the beach
It is illegal to allow pets to chase or harass wildlife
Enforcement
The Beaufort County Sheriff's Department and Town of Hilton Head Island code enforcement officers patrol the beach and enforce all beach regulations.

2021 Sea Pines Community Yard Sale Cancellation Notice
Due to lack of participation, The Sea Pines Forest Preserve Foundation has made the decision to cancel the 2021 Community Yard Sale that was scheduled for 10/2/21. If you have turned in an application, you may retrieve it from the Sea Pines CSA Administration Office during normal business hours (M-F 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM). Upcoming COVID-19 Testing and Vaccine Clinics on Hilton Head Island
The Town of Hilton Head Island, the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control and Hilton Head Hospital will host free COVID-19 vaccine and testing clinics for the public.
