Community Engagement Corner

Great Hearts Arlington depends on the financial support of our family community to cover the cost of offering this incredible education. Your gift in any amount enables us to provide competitive compensation and benefits to our teachers, continually maintain and improve our facilities, and obtain much needed instructional materials.

How can I participate?

  • Many families choose to spread out their contribution by making monthly gifts through Great Hearts Arlington’s fiscal year, July 1 through June 30.
  • Other families make a one-time gift to the Community Investment campaign.
  • Donate online or return our Community Investment campaign giving form

Please email Mrs. Tovar-Curiel at rosa.tovar-curiel@greatheartsarlington.org to find out more on how you can help support our school.

Thank you for your generous support.
Great Hearts Advocacy
Corner

  • Prospects are dimming at the state Capitol for our elected officials to pass a bill protecting public charter schools from discrimination at the city and municipal level. This priority bill was killed on a point of order in the Texas House Thursday morning after failing on the House floor by 3 votes Wednesday night. Thank you for all the parents who participated in TPCSA’s call to action this week. They made a significant impact on our lawmakers.

  • Stay up to date with charter school legislation and action alerts on this priority legislation through the Texas Public Charter School Association by signing up here.
