In partnership with the department of Human Resources, the Alumni Association is pleased to offer Positive YOU- Building Resiliency as the third installment in the Mental Wellness series. We've joined with the local branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association. It will be delivered by alumna Jenny-Lee Almeida BA '05, '07, a mental health educator, facilitator and trainer. Registration is required in order to provide access to the webinar however, participants will enjoy privacy during the sessions.

Positivity does not refer to simply smiling and looking cheerful. It's about one’s overall perspective on life. Difficult situations cannot always be avoided, but we all can develop the skills to use our strengths and positive capacity to help us bounce back from stressful situations. This session will highlight strategies for building resilience to be able to cope with whatever life throws at you.
