This event is open to the public.

We have all experienced a challenging 13 months and although South Florida’s tourism industry is building momentum, we have had to make some difficult decisions both personally and professionally. I know my world has changed dramatically, but I take each day as a new opportunity to achieve greatness. I would like to share an opportunity with you. Dr. Bryan Williams was a presenter at a hotel management training I participated in some 11 years ago. Since then I have booked Dr. Williams at various of our SFCA events and he has also presented worldwide at other concierge organization meetings such as the Les Clefs d’Or Pan American and International conferences. Each time he has not only met their expectation, but exceeded them on multiple levels. He is inspiring and brings an unparalleled energy to his events.

As our gift to you, we would like to invite you on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Southern Florida Concierge Association to spend 1 hour and 15 minutes with us on April 23rd at 9AM. This will be a Zoom webinar. Please make the time to attend. I promise you this will be a memorable engagement that will resonate with you for weeks, months and years to come. You owe to yourself. Click below to RSVP. We all have mountains in our lives. Whether they are work related, personal, emotional, spiritual, or all of the above. Bryan will help us identify those mountains and overcome obstacles.

Warmest Regards,

The Southern Florida Concierge Association Board of Directors
