Dear Parents,
If you have anything that would make a great auction item, i.e. signed sports paraphernalia or a vacation home for a night or two, tickets to a sporting event, gift cards, etc. or personal contacts with a local business owner who would like to market to over 300 parents at our event, we greatly appreciate your participation.
How do these donations work and benefit both the donor and Jefferson PTA?
Donations from businesses and/or families (restaurants, stores, kids’ camps, experiences, services, gift certificates, vacation homes, etc.) provide a tax deduction and a direct way of marketing to Redondo Beach families.
In exchange for the item, the business will be recognized on all our communication channels: website, social media, mobile app, and weekly newsletter to almost 1000 parents and community members. Furthermore, the business will be recognized on the auction website, mobile bidding app, and also on displays at the Silent Auction venue.
If you wish to donate an item, please fill out the donation form below and email to JeffElem.PTA@gmail.com. Items must be received no later than April 27, 2022.

Event sponsors will be recognized in the following ways:
- Business name/logo on the banner and recognition at the event
- Dedicated social media posts recognizing the sponsorship
- Recognition on the PTA website and auction site, Jefferson mobile app, the mobile bidding app, and weekly newsletter to almost 1000 parents and community members.

To upload the photos:

Go to https://buytheyearbook.pictavo.com/

Select the school or enter the school ID: 703663.
- Select "Share your pictures" link or press the Pictures option
- You will be asked to log in or create an account. If you uploaded the photos last year, use the same account.
- Upload the photos to your student's folder.
*** Limit is 5 photos per family, please. We are accepting photos through April 1st, 2022.

*** Yearbook early-bird price is $25 until April 4th, 2022. After that date, the price will be $30.

We are providing pages in the Yearbook for parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, friends, etc. to send a special note or words of encouragement to our students, teachers, and staff members.
Love notes will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis for $3 starting NOW through April 1 at 2:30PM.

DINING WITH DOLPHINS - THANK YOU
|

A big THANK YOU to Coyote Cantina and to all Jefferson Families who joined us on March 9 for the Dining With Dolphins event at Coyote Cantina.
The evening was a huge success and Jefferson received a donation of $523 from Coyote Cantina.

Did you know that Down Syndrome—a disorder that occurs when there is a duplication of the twenty-first chromosome—affects approximately 6,000 babies at birth every year?
So on March 21 - a date chosen to represent the chromosomal defection found in Down Syndrome (the twenty-first day of the third month) - we celebrate World Down Syndrome Day, an event created to raise public awareness, promote inclusivity, encourage advocacy, and support the well-being of the people living with Down Syndrome.
