A FEW REMINDERS
If you recurrently take the same class weekly, Kelly has added you to the schedule for the year, but PLEASE double check the schedule to make sure it's correct. Let us know if you need help making any changes to your schedule,
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy so that our teachers can plan their schedule/day AND so that clients who are wait listed have time to get into our often full schedule. If you need to cancel for ANY reason, please give 24-hour notice to avoid losing your session. You can cancel via the MindBody app or by calling/emailing the studio.
For your safety, please avoid wearing jewelry or chewing gum during your workouts. Also please do not wear clothing with zippers/buttons that could puncture the Pilates equipment.
Just to clarify, especially for our newest members...Our memberships are monthly instead of weekly. This means when you purchase a 3-month, 4 class per month membership you're essentially buying 12 classes, BUT there are 13 weeks in a 3-month period (not 12). This gives you 13 weeks to use the 12 classes OR if you don't miss any of the weeks, your membership may end a week early. Another example is if you purchase a 12-month, 8 classes per month membership, you are buying 96 classes. If you come twice per week, you'll finish those classes in 48 weeks, but there's 52 weeks in a year, so you'll be finishing the membership early. More than likely, (due to illness, vacations, studio closings) you'll miss some weeks, so this gives you an extra 4 weeks to make up the unused sessions. Let us know if you have any questions about your membership.
Please be aware...We do have an early termination fee if you need to cancel your membership early for any reason. Speak with Julia, our receptionist if you have questions regarding our cancellation policy.
