Dear St. Mark’s Cathedral Community,
We write to share news of an upcoming transition within our church family. The Reverend Bryan B. Bliss, our dedicated Associate for Cradle to Career Ministries, will be leaving his role at St. Mark’s Cathedral to embrace a new opportunity at Breck School in Golden Valley, MN.
Reverend Bliss, who joined us with two decades of rich experience in religious education, including his significant contributions as a lead curriculum developer at Sparkhouse. Bryan will be taking on the role of Upper School Chaplain and Chair of the Religion Department at Breck School. This new position uniquely aligns with his passion and expertise in education, chaplain ministry, and his special focus on teenagers.
During his tenure at St. Mark’s Cathedral, Reverend Bliss has been an invaluable member of our community, bringing depth, insight, and compassion to his work. His ability to intertwine education with spiritual guidance has been a gift to us all, especially to the youth he has so positively influenced.
As Reverend Bliss expresses his gratitude towards the staff, clergy, and our broader Cathedral community, we too are immensely thankful for his service, dedication, and the positive impact he has made in our lives. His last day with us will December 31, 2023.

We are confident that he will continue to make a significant impact in the lives of many more through his inspiring journey.
