Special Program and Pathways' Fundraiser:
Navigating the Pandemic:
One Year Later
with Dr. Jenna Hobbs
Tuesday, March 2
3:00 - 5:00 pm on Zoom
$15 Registration Fee
One year ago, none of us had any way to predict the challenges that were in store over the coming 12 months. And that’s probably a good thing, as it enabled us to adapt to changes and difficulties one day at a time. We are resilient and adaptable, AND these past months have taken a toll on our collective minds, bodies, and spirits.

Join Dr. Jenna Hobbs, a licensed psychologist, for an interactive workshop where you can look forward to: 1) learning some concepts from mind/body psychology to help you understand the ‘whys’ behind what we feel (for example, the nervous system's stress response and concept of ‘ambiguous loss’), 2) receiving support and restoration through participating in several soothing guided visualizations/meditations/relaxation practices, 3) taking in some much needed connection with others (totally voluntary – you can participate through observing if you prefer), and 4) receiving some practical tips from the mind/body psychology perspective for coping with the challenges we are facing.
