For some, parenting the child with ADHD can be challenging due to symptoms of impulsivity, hyperactivity and inability to focus.
This workshop will provide a review of ADHD diagnosis and specific strategies to put in place in order to provide structure and promote self-regulation.
Mindfulness activities will be presented and practiced.
