New Password Requirements

The IT department continues to work with TWC to implement additional safety features in our technology infrastructure. Password requirements have changed to enhance protection.

New Password Requirements:

Passwords are to be a minimum of 12 alpha-numeric characters & must include at least one special character
Passwords will now be required to be changed every 90 days instead of every 60 days
You will be unable to use any of your last 3 passwords

Coming soon:

A new Help Desk Request System

The IT department is in the process of migrating the Help Desk system to a NEW software platform. More information about this project will be shared over the next few weeks.
