Convention "Thank You"

Thank you to all who attended, volunteered, and donated towards our 86th Annual Convention! It was a great success. We awarded CFM's Conservationists of the Year, reconnected with old friends, and welcomed new members. We enjoyed good food, great fellowship and networking, and learned a lot in the new educational seminars. We will be sending an event survey to those who attended to attain your feedback. Thank you all for over 86 years of being the voice for Missouri outdoors.

Last week concluded the end of the 10th week of the 2022 Legislative Session and the beginning of the legislature's Spring Break. When lawmakers return on Monday, March 21st, from the week-long break, they will have only eight weeks left in session. During this time, they will need to pass the state's $46 billion budget, as they have a constitutional completion deadline of May 6th.

House Bill 1672, which designates archery as the official state sport, has passed through the House committee process and is on the House calendar awaiting further debate.
