AHP is pleased to announce that Angelique Cohen, MD, MBA, FACS, will join the AHP team as our Executive Medical Director on October 1, 2023. With an impressive background and a wealth of experience, Dr. Cohen's arrival marks a significant milestone for the AHP network.

With extreme gratitude for over 10 years of outstanding work and service to our network, we are announcing that Renee Sutton, AHP's Senior Director of Provider Network Management and Payer Relations, will be leaving AHP on October 13 th. Renee has done a tremendous job in many ways.

Last month, we shared that AHP procured institutional access to the Bright Futures Tool and Resource Kit, 2 nd Edition, and the resource is now available to all AHP practices at no cost to them. The resource offers age-specific forms and materials for preventive health supervision and health screening for infants, children, and adolescents ages 0 through 21 years.

UR Medicine's Department of Psychiatry Collaborative Care and Wellness Division will hold its 7th annual behavioral health integration symposium, " Behavioral Health as Population Health: Addressing Behavioral and Social Mediators of Wellbeing," on Friday, September 29.

Boundless Together - The Future of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice: Registration is now open for the University of Rochester Medical Center's Office of Equity and Inclusion's annual conference. This year's event will feature keynote speaker, rapper, and activist Common. Also, Bettina Love, Ph.D., will host a fireside chat and book signing.

AHP will host Clinical Grand Rounds on October 25, 2023. The event will feature a large group session with pediatric and adult primary care providers and will then break out into pediatric and adult groups. This event will be hosted via Zoom from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
