Hello!

DRDFS is looking forward to seeing you tomorrow (3/2) at Oakland University for our Leadership & Networking Workshop! As a reminder, OU does still require masks on campus so please be sure to come prepared with a mask. Prior to getting on the bus, each student will need to complete a COVID screen from OU before arriving to campus. Save this link to complete the screen in the morning (do not complete it today because it will be the wrong date when they check). I will also send a reminder text first thing in the morning! If you are not feeling well, we ask that you please stay home and not attend the trip.

As always, please feel welcome to reach out with questions/concerns.

COACH D'S ONE-ON-ONE CHALLENGE/FAFSA SAR SUBMISSONS!
Hello Scholars!

We are still aiming for 100% FAFSA Completion and SAR submission! We’re stagnant this week at just under 60% and I know you guys want to make sure you remain eligible for your DRDFS scholarship. Please let me help you and your family figure things out! If you’ve completed your FAFSA already, it takes 2 minutes to upload your SAR into the survey. Let’s put some pep in our step to stay in compliance with DRDFS’ program requirements. The finish line is in sight!

Side note-- You guys are scheduling 1:1 appointments, but not as frequently as I had hoped! It’s important and REQUIRED that you check in with me. Pizza party aside, I hope to see more of you popping up on my calendar soon. See you on Wednesday at Oakland!
