Counselor Connection

Freshman 4-Year Plans
This week, school counselors will help all freshmen create a 4-year graduation plan with the courses they plan to take in high school. 9th grade parents are encouraged to review their student's 4-year plan together. (And don't worry -- these plans are just a draft that can be edited in the future!) In March, all freshmen will meet one-on-one with their counselor to review their plan and select 10th grade courses.

Community College now FREE for local students!
Governor Newsom recently signed a bill that will allow all San Mateo County residents to attend community college here for free. The program takes effect this Spring 2023. For details, check out this Daily Journal article.
