Congratulations to the entire Sutton Bank team on their grand renovation of their Tiffin branch at 719 West Market Street!

Sutton Bank completed their significant renovation and remodel investment, in partnership with Zeis Companies of Tiffin, of more than $1.5 Million in their existing 7,015 SF retail bank branch facility. Exterior improvements included enhancement of the building façade to incorporate Sutton Bank’s well-established brand, and a relocation of the drive-thru to improve traffic flow around the facility. The improvements also included extensive site and building demolition and construction to complete the renovation project.

The new building façade has an EIFS tower feature resembling Sutton Bank’s iconic logo, cultured stone veneer, and North Elevation façade complete with EIFS canopy and new aluminum storefront doors and windows. The interior work involved demolition and construction to completely renovate the current Sutton Bank tenant space to combine with the adjacent vacant tenant space to expand the size and improve functionality within the facility.

Sutton Bank is a 145-year-old community bank, with headquarters in Attica, Ohio, and additional branch locations in Willard, New London, Ashland, and Mansfield. Sutton has been in Tiffin since 2012. For more pictures of the ribbon cutting, click here.

Welcome new member, Adam Wegman Shelter Insurance Agency! Adam Wegman is from Bowling Green and has been in the insurance industry for over three years. He chose Shelter Insurance because they are new to Ohio but not new to the insurance industry; he wanted to be part of a business that is trying to grow.

Shelter Insurance began as MFA Mutual Insurance Company. The MFA Mutual Insurance Company began operations on January 1, 1946, with seven employees and a $100,000 loan from the Missouri Farmers Association.

Welcome new member, New Riegel Pub! New Riegel Pub is a wonderful, warm social gathering place with great drinks and good food!

The New Riegel Pub building has been a bar/restaurant since the 1940s. There have been many business names and owners over the years, but Mark Olson, the owner of New Riegel Pub, is excited about what's to come.

Originally from the suburbs of Pontiac, MI, Mark moved to Findlay in 1978 and has lived and worked in Fostoria, Bascom, and New Riegel for the last 28 years. He loves the area and community. Mark had always dreamt of owning a bar, so he bought Sonny Jack's in New Riegel and renamed it in February 2023. Mark continues to make much-needed building renovations and enjoys hosting events.

Join the Seneca Regional Chamber Ambassadors today, Monday, December 11 at 4 PM as they host a Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the renovations to Reineke Family Collision Center in Tiffin at 1560 West County Road 54.

Reineke Collison Center has added a new office and customer friendly check-out and waiting area in a newly renovated building on the west side of the property. They have also added a larger attached warehouse that includes a new employee gathering area.

The ribbon cutting will include heavy hors d'oeuvres provided by The Deli at Frost Village and prizes. The community is encouraged to attend!
