Your continual prayers for the children of LaMalah and our brothers and sisters in Kenya are so much appreciated. Donations are down at this season, so if you would like to help toward the First Quarter 2023 support, (including the upcoming high school tuition), it is truly needed to finish out some of the work on the grounds and for necessities. I asked Brother Peter Ndungu to clarify the upcoming school expenses for us, and here is his response:
Shalom, my Sister:
Joining high school, especially for the first time, takes a lot. If some qualify to join boarding schools, each will take around ksh. 30,000 estimate. There are those already in boarding school;- the two boys. Am sure each requires not less than 25,000 ksh.
There are the ones in day schools.They are five. Each requires like 9500 ksh, estimate.
Those already in High School need around U.S.$1000 tuition.
I expect the freshers to take U.S. $800 or slightly more plus the upkeep which caters for food and tuition for all the ones in primary school.
