Farialle Pacha

Senior Associate, Cidel

Farialle Pacha (Moderator) is a Senior Associate at Cidel, responsible for serving Cidel’s private clients. While a Toronto-native Farialle recently moved to Cidel’s Calgary office after over a decade working on Bay Street specializing in alternative investments, investor relations and wealth management. Prior to Cidel, Farialle was a member of the Client Management Team at a premier Canadian hedge fund based in Toronto where she worked with institutional, family office and high-net-worth clients outside of Canada. Farialle graduated with a BA (Honours) in History and minor in Political Science from Queen’s University and holds the Chartered Investment Manager designation (CIM®) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation (CAIA®). Farialle is extremely passionate about improving female representation, advancement, and leadership within finance. She previously sat on AIMA Canada’s Executive Committee and Co-Chaired AIMA Canada’s Programming and Event’s Committee where she was responsible for initiating both their Coffee & Conversations mentorship program and the organization’s first-ever diversity programming “Breaking Barriers”, now an annual event. Farialle remains an active member of 100 Women in Finance, and presently sits on the Toronto Early Career Committee.
