Connect with Your Library
Join, visit or advocate for the Goffstown Public Library!
The theme for National Library Week 2022, “Connect with Your Library,” promotes the idea that libraries are places to get connected to technology by using broadband, computers, and other resources. Libraries also offer opportunities to connect with media, programs, ideas, and classes—in addition to books. Most importantly libraries also connect communities to each other.
This week:
- Stop by the Children's Room to browse & borrow from the display of library-related picture books.
- Visit the National Library Week displays for activities for all ages, and on Wednesday 4/6 from 4-6pm & Friday 4/8 from 4-5pm pick up some popcorn 🍿.
- Chat with one of our Adult Services staff and give them three words that interest you — then see what they select for you from your library's collections!
- See what else we have planned at the GPL on the calendar.

Name: Julie
School & Grade: Mountain View Middle School, grade 7
What is your favorite part of spring? Everything to do with the outdoors. I am a nature nerd.
What is your favorite school subject? That is hard to choose because school is amazing. My ultimate favorites are science, chorus, and Spanish.
Would you rather live in Narnia or go to school at Hogwarts? Narnia.

|
You don't need a program on the calendar to spend time in the teen area. Actually, the area located on the second floor of the Library is a great place for teens to gather at anytime.
Stop by this month and play board games or card games at the large round table. You can bring your own game, or borrow one of ours for use in the Library.
The table can comfortably fit up to six of your friends.
So what are you waiting for? Hang out at the Library today!
