Duncanville City Council Regular Meeting

A. City Council shall convene into closed executive session to consult with the City Attorney pursuant to the to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code concerning a claim and/or threaten litigation involving real property located at 608 HWY 67, Duncanville, TX 75137

B. City Council shall convene into closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Govt Code to seek legal advice from the City Attorney regarding pending litigation to wit: City of Duncanville v. EON Reality, Cause No. DC-21-00095 filed in the District Court 134th Judicial District Dallas, Texas.

The Duncanville Public Library has temporarily changed its operating hours to the following:

The Duncanville Municipal Court has temporarily changed its operating hours to the following:

Sat & Sun
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
CLOSED
The Municipal Court will be closed weekdays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. for a lunch break.
Utility Billing Updated Hours of Operation
The Duncanville Utility Billing has temporarily changed its operating hours to the following:

CLOSED

2022 City Council Election
Application Deadline to
File for Place on the Ballot is
Friday, February 18, 2022 - 5:00 PM
Candidate filing packets are still available in the City Secretary’s office for the 2022 City Officers election on Saturday, May 7th. Duncanville voters will go to the polls to elect the Mayor, and Council Members to represent Districts 2 and 4 for a two-year term. The application deadline is 5:00 PM on Friday, February 18, 2022.
