Patriotic Sing and Family Music Fest - July 3, 2022
Kick off the celebrations with the Patriotic Sing featuring children of the Morgan Hill community singing patriotic songs. The event begins at 6:00 PM at the Morgan Hill Community and Cultural Center Amphitheater, located at 17000 Monterey Road, Morgan Hill, CA. The Patriotic Sing will also be LIVE broadcast on both Facebook and YouTube for those that can not attend for health or other reasons. 
 
The Family Music Fest begins at 7:00 PM in Downtown Morgan Hill. Dance into the night while listening to a variety of artists. The Family Music Fest also has a new Kids Zone located at Monterey Road and Fifth Street. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. 

Road Closures for the Family Music Fest: Monterey Road between East Dunne and Main Avenue will be closed beginning at noon on Saturday, July 3rd. These street closures will also include partial closures of side streets on the East and West sides of Monterey Road. Access to the parking structure will remain open with access from Depot Street. Depot Street is closed at Dunne Avenue and must be accessed from Main Avenue. Any cars parking on closed roads will be towed for safety and security reasons. Please do not leave cars parked on roads that will be closed.

Freedom Run, Cruise & Car Show, and Parade - July 4, 2022
Take part in the Freedom 5k Walk/Run to start the morning on the 4th of July. The children's 1-mile run begins at 7:45 AM, and the 5k Walk/Run begins at 8:00 AM. There is no race day registration this year.

After the run, pick out a spot for the Cruise & Car Show and the Parade! The Cruise & Car Show will lead off the parade at 9:00 AM. The Historic Fourth of July Parade runs through Downtown Morgan Hill. Please note that this year’s Parade Route will be on the northbound side of Monterey Road. The Car Show will take place following the parade, with all the entries from the Car Cruise lined up in the Southbound lanes of Monterey from noon to 2:00 PM. The Car Cruise & Show and Parade events will also be LIVE broadcast on both Facebook and YouTube for those that can not attend for health or other reasons. 
 
Road Closures: Monterey Road between East Dunne and Wright Avenue will be closed, including side streets on the West side of Monterey Road, continuing from July 3rd at noon through July 4th at 3:00 PM. Del Monte between Dunne Avenue and Main Avenue will also be closed. Main Avenue from Monterey Road to Peak Avenue and Peak Avenue to W. Dunne Avenue and W. Dunne Avenue to Monterey Road will be closed for the parade route. In addition, Del Monte between Maine Avenue and Third Street, Del Monte Avenue between Fifth Street and W. Dunne Avenue, and Keystone Avenue will be closed. Depot Street and access to the parking garage in downtown Morgan Hill will be open. Depot Street is closed at Dunne Avenue and must be accessed from Main Avenue. Any cars parking on closed roads will be towed for safety and security reasons. Please do not leave cars parked on roads that will be closed.

Fireworks on the Green at the Outdoor Sports Center - July 4, 2022
The grand finale of the 4th of July festivities is the fireworks display! Fireworks on the Green will be held at the Morgan Hill Outdoor Sports Center, located at 16500 Condit Road, Morgan Hill, CA. Gates will open at 4:00 PM and it's FREE to attend. Parking is $10 in advance online, or $15 at the door. The Fireworks show will begin around 9:30 PM. Refreshments will be available for purchase. 
 
Road Closures: Murphy Avenue between San Pedro Avenue and Barrett Avenue will be closed from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Condit Road and Murphy Avenue between East Dunne Avenue and Tennant Avenue will be closed from 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM. San Pedro Avenue between Murphy Avenue and Condit Road will be closed from 12 Noon until 11:30 PM. Condit Road will be ONE WAY ONLY until 11:30 PM. Condit Road coming from Dunne Ave will be the entrance for the fireworks parking. Any cars parking on closed roads will be towed for safety and security reasons. Please do not leave cars parked on roads that will be closed.
