The inaugural Career and Internship Week is happening September 20-24, 2021! All students of all levels, majors and degree programs are welcome to join us for a week filled with career development and networking! The Fall Career and Internship Fair will be happening as part of Career and Internship Week on Handshake, Wednesday, September 22 from 12pm-4pm. Gear up for the career fair! Guest Cheryl Verbeke ’93 is an Electrical Engineering alum, and an Engineering Manager at Caterpillar Inc who has worked in Cat Electronics supporting Caterpillar's Engine Controls technology and electrical component sourcing. Additionally, Cheryl was an integral member of Caterpillar's new Data Analytics organization evaluating data to improve the customer experience. Always looking to support up and coming engineers, Cheryl is outstanding at Team Building and passionate about people development.

LGBTQ History Month Opportunities |
Every October, the Student Life Multicultural Center recognizes LGBTQ History Month and sponsors a month-long series of events that highlight and celebrate LGBTQ+ communities of the past and the present. At Ohio State, there are many interesting programs and presentations throughout the month, and every year, we compile these events in a University-wide calendar. We welcome you to participate in LGBTQ History Month celebrations.

September is Recovery Month |
Recovery Month, led by the Student Life Student Wellness Center, is a month-long celebration of the transformative power that recovery can have on the lives of people, families, and communities. Recovery Month highlights the achievements of individuals who have reclaimed their lives in long-term recovery from mental and/or substance use disorders and promotes the message that recovery in all its forms is possible. Events will take place September 1 – 30. Recovery Month offers a wide range of program options including but not limited to recovery support, educational programs, creative writing workshops, mindfulness practices, nature walks and more.
