Donate Cell Phones/Laptops for Ukraine on the UWS
We have learned through Councilmember Gale Brewer's e-newsletter that the Ukrainian Autocephalic Orthodox Church of St. Volodimir is accepting donations of cell phones and laptops to send soldiers and fighters defending Ukraine so they can better maintain contact with their central command. The church is looking for the following: iPhone 7 models or later (or recent-issue Android equivalents) with all user content deleted and a factory reset on the phone; charging cables aren't absolutely necessary since they're standardized. For laptops, delete user content and reset to factory defaults and charging cables ARE necessary.

You can bring these items directly to the church, 160 West 82nd Street, on Sunday when the Church is open, or call ahead (212) 873-8550/message them on Facebook to arrange a time and get details about charitable contribution letters.
