That Friday Feeling
Thank you to City of Monterey friend and neighbor, Hans J., for this amazing photo of a recent sunset above Frank E. Sollecito Ballpark.
Happy Lunar New Year, Happy Valentine's Day, Happy AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Golf Tournament Weekend, and Happy Presidents' Day Weekend!
Much to celebrate this three day weekend - let's add the fact that we are getting vaccines, the Covid-19-positive case numbers are going down locally, within the state, and nationwide. Most importantly, let's keep it that way by celebrating carefully!

The California Public Health Department reminds us to: Protect your loved ones by making safe plans. Limit household mixing, avoid indoor gatherings with other households, and wear a mask in public to help #StopTheSpread of COVID-19. #YourActionsSaveLives #EndThePandemic
Flashback Friday Golf Trivia
Speaking of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, according to the Society of Golf Historians, the first major tournament of its kind was not the Bing Crosby Clambake, now known as the @attproam - the first @PGATOUR event was the Monterey Peninsula Open which was won by Harry “Lighthorse” Cooper & a golf bag with as many as 25 clubs!
