Matthew Sheehan is President of Concrete & Construction Consultants, LLC (3CON), a firm based in the Chicago area providing engineering and consulting services related to new and existing buildings and civil infrastructure.
Matt is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and has over 25 years of experience performing design, research and forensic evaluations related to the construction and serviceability of infrastructure involving cement-based materials, slab-on-ground floors, pavements and reinforced concrete structures.
He is a member of several industry organizations, including the American Concrete Institute and ASTM International, and serves on ACI and ASTM concrete specifications, materials, slabs-on-ground and pavement committees.
