Worship with us this Sunday!
Worship In-Person in the Sanctuary or on Facebook Live at 10am… or later on YouTube
Our scriptures are Proverbs 1:20–33 and Mark 8:27–38 with a sermon entitled ‘Stop, Children. What’s that Sound?’ The proverbs reading is about Wisdom. In the gospel lesson, Jesus is trying to help the disciples understand a bit more about who he is and why he is there among them… and who they are because of him.
Livestream worship on designated Sundays. Look under videos for previous livestreamed services.

September is Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month
It’s time to raise awareness on this stigmatized, and often taboo, topic. In addition to shifting public perception, use this month to spread hope and vital information to people affected by suicide. Be intentional this month so that individuals, friends and families have access to the resources they need to discuss suicide prevention and to seek help. Do some exploring of these websites and share what you learn with others…

Ponder
Nobody escapes being wounded. We are all wounded people, whether physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually. The main question is not, 'How can we hide our wounds?' so we don't have to be embarrassed, but 'How can we put our woundedness in the service of others?' When our wounds cease to be a source of shame, and become a source of healing, we have become wounded healers.
