About the Supreme Court & Scholarship Luncheon
In 1954, the Association hosted its first judicial reception honoring the Supreme Court of California. This judicial reception has evolved into the annual Supreme Court Luncheon which celebrated its 65th Anniversary in 2019. The luncheon is attended by lawyers, judges, lawmakers and dignitaries and features remarks by the Chief Justice and a keynote speaker on a timely legal topic. During the luncheon the Beverly Hills Bar Foundation awards Law School Scholarships to academically deserving law students who have a proven commitment to public service and also announces winners of the Rule of Law Writing Competition.
