Read Our STAR2 Center's New Health Center Pay Equity Checklist
Equitable and effective compensation is vital to a robust health center workforce, and pay equity requires equal pay for equal work of equal value. To assist health centers in achieving these aims, ACU's STAR2 Center has developed a new Health Center Pay Equity Checklist to help organizations look holistically at their compensation practices to ensure that they are recognizing the quality of their employees' work rather than other factors that have historically kept marginalized groups from advancing. This tool will help FQHC teams as they assess their pay equity processes and will assist in “level setting” salaries over time.
