Hello Ausblick Members & Friends,

We have some great news to share. It’s with pleasure that we announce Jon Finck has joined Ausblick Ski Area replacing Kyle Martola as Outside Operations Manager. Please read the bio below.

It's been a busy month at the hill preparing for the winter and we look forward to the leadership Jon will bring to the club.

Our annual elections will be held in October. Watch your mail box for election documents.

Jon Finck

Jon Finck, AusblickSki Area Outside Operations Manager first day was Monday, September 18th.

Jon is an avid skier and snowboarder who has worked in the ski industry 35 years at local ski areas including Ausblick in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s.

As Outside Operations Manager, Jon will be overseeing all outside operations including, lifts, grooming, park crew, snowmaking and terrain features. With his extensive background he will be a huge asset to our ski club. We are thrilled that Jon is coming on board!

On a personal note, Jon and his wife are the proud owners of two Great Dane show dogs and enjoy attending local dog shows.

Please take a moment to introduce yourself to Jon during the season and make him feel welcome.

Ausblick Snowsports School Report

Ausblick Snowsports programs, including private options for both youth and adults is open for members only through Wednesday September 27th. Here (note: you will need a members login to book. if you do not have one please apply Here or call snowsports office 262-820-3616)

Wait-List Specials will launch on September 28th. This email will role out the 2023/24 specials and private links for snowsports programs that include discounted lift tickets.

Ausblick Race Team Report

ASRT is underway with its dryland training program.

During the Summer and early Fall, our athletes trained at Urban Slopes in Pewaukee to hone their skills for the upcoming season.

This September, outside dryland training started at the Hill. The athletes are getting pumped for another great race season.

Registration is open for the ASRT and Thanksgiving camp at Copper Mountain in CO is only a short ways away!
