A020 Data Quality Monitoring Reporting Deadline

Report Due Monday, October 30th!

Get ready to submit your reports!

The A020 Data Quality Monitoring Report is due Monday, October 30th! In this submission, we are looking for the following:

  • Have projects been submitted on time?
  • Are all necessary projects submitted? (SSO, CE, SO, ES, TH, RRH, PSH, or OPH)
  • Are the prompts correct in the Report Information Tab?
  • Is your data as complete and accurate as possible?

Reminder! PATH users will need to use the D003 LSA Client Data Clean-Up Report as the A020 report is not compatible with PATH projects.

Keep in mind that there are still reporting errors showing on the report. These are errors that are not the fault of the agency and do not need to be corrected. Errors include:

  • The NC UDE Income Detail tab still displays missing errors for Income at Entry & Exit

You can find the most recent version in Business Objects "A020 - Data Quality Monitoring Report v8".

It is ok to submit your report even if there are still errors. We do, however, still encourage agencies to correct the errors showing on their report after the submission deadline.

You can find information on how to run & read the report in ZenGuide:

A020 Report Updates Recap

Due to the recent FY24 Data Standards Updates, the A020 Data Quality Monitoring Report has gone through another update as of October 23rd to version 8. The following errors have been identified & updated:

  • The HUD UDE Detail, & NC UDE Income Detail tabs displayed a "Missing" flag under Client Refused due to the field name change to Client Prefers not to Answer in HMIS

  • The Client Detail tab displayed an "Error" flag under the Race column as the Race & Ethnicity fields changed in HMIS to multi-select options

  • The HUD UDE Detail tab displayed an "Error" flag under Client Location due to the field name change to Enrollment Coc in HMIS

Users are required to participate in the submission of the A020 Data Quality Report as listed in the Data Quality Plan. We encourage agencies to participate in the A020 Data Quality Report as their CoC may suggest a performance improvement plan for non-participating agencies.
