CASA of the Southern Tier, Inc. is planning their 9th Annual Superhero with a 5k, 1 mile, and Kids’ Fun Run. You, your family, and friends are invited to participate in this important mission to support the advocacy efforts for abused and neglected children in our area.

Groups working to address the causes of poverty in Chemung, Schuyler and Tioga counties (New York) are invited to apply for a Catholic Campaign for Human Development local grant.

Youth Mentoring of the Southern Tier, a program of Family Service Society, Inc., is seeking community members to bowl in their annual fundraising event, Believe in Youth Bowl-ARama. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, Sept. 25, from 12:30pm-2:30pm and 3-5 pm at Crystal Lanes in Corning.

You can make a difference in our young generation by assisting with 4-H members. Cornell Cooperative Extension of Steuben County’s 4-H/Youth Development Program is looking for new leaders. Come share your expertise and learn some new life skills along with the kids.

COVID-19 Vaccine Arnot Health will send medical professionals to your home to help you become fully vaccinated if you are:
• A resident of Steuben County, and
• Homebound (unable to leave your home without significant assistance), or
• A caregiver for a homebound individual
