Mentorship Program
Applications are Open for Fall 2021
Initiated by the College of Science/USUSA Science Council in Fall 2019, the College of Science Mentorship Program pairs upperclassmen Aggie Scientists with entering freshmen and sophomores to provide mentorship and advice about college study and life.

The purpose of the program is to provide newer students with guidance about navigating their programs and university career, and to give volunteer mentors valuable leadership experiences.

Apply to be a
2021-22 College Ambassador
Applications are open for College of Science Ambassadors, who assist with student recruitment, represent the college at varied events and serve as ushers at Science Unwrapped. Ambassadors receive a $500 stipend at the end of the service year. Applicants must be a junior or senior during the service year and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Application deadline is April 30.

Are you taking advantage of amazing seminar, colloquium and lecture opportunities offered by the College of Science’s six departments? Check our college’s home page calendar and departmental websites often for great talks; many by visiting scholars.
Find a Tutor
Tutoring in a number of disciplines, including mathematics, statistics, chemistry, biochemistry, biology, computer science and science writing, is available to students. Visit the following links to make online appointments.
Research Opportunities for Students
