Important Information Regarding COVID Absence Reporting
 
Providers who submit PAPER ATTENDANCE INVOICES:
·   Please note “CA” on the attendance grid on the specific date(s) a child is absent due to the Corona Virus.
·   Note non-COVID absences as “A”.
 
Providers who submit ON-LINE ATTENDANCE INVOICES:
·   Please continue to note absences as “A”, use the comment section below each child’s name to note the specific dates a child was absent due to the Corona Virus.
 
This information is very important to process the Attendance Invoices in a timely manner and help our auditing process.

Información Importante Sobre el Informe de Ausencias de COVID

Proveedores que presentan LAS HOJAS DE ASISTENCIA EN PAPEL:
·   Por favor escriba las letras "CA" en la hoja de asistencia (Attendance), en el cuadrado de la(s) fecha(s) específica(s) en que un niño(a) ha está ausente debido al Coronavirus.
·   Pero continúe anotando las ausencias que no se relacionan con el COVID como "A".

Proveedores que presentan LAS HOJAS DE ASISTENCIA ON-LINE:
·   Continúe anotando las ausencias como "A", y no olvide seguir usando la sección de comentarios debajo del nombre de cada niño(a) para anotar las fechas específicas en que un niño(a) estuvo ausente debido al Coronavirus.

STARS Standards Information Session Series
 
First session: Staff Qualifications and Professional Development- Tuesday, January 25th, 1:00 - 3:00 PM
 
Kick-off the 2022 year with an opportunity to attend work groups reviewing the Keystone STARS Performance Standards. Each month we will review a section of the standards, review the intent, and offer support on evidence to meet the standards. Network with other providers to share new, creative ideas to incorporate the standards into your program. This is a great opportunity for new and seasoned directors!

Using Your ARPA Funding for Nature-Based Early Learning State-Wide Workshop
 
Live session and Q&A, Tuesday, January 25th, 1-2 PM
Additional Q&A Session, Tuesday, February 1st, 6-7 PM
