Community Association Board Meeting
Join us for the March Community Association Board Meeting at the Farmhouse in the Raleigh Room on Tuesday, March 29th at 3 pm. Please submit questions in advance to Steve Waring at swaring@ccmcnet.com.

Payment Information - Mailing Update
Coupon booklets (March-December) were issued on Friday, March 11th and mailed on, Monday, March, 14th with this payment options sheet. You should have received the letter by now. You can still drop off payments at the association office in the farmhouse during business hours.

If you set up reoccurring payments through your own bank account, they were drafted by the previous management company. We will receive them after the 31st. All payments should be posted by April 15th.

Wendell Falls Blood Drive

Sailboat Regatta
When: Saturday, April 9th

Details:
The Triangle Model Yacht Club will once again be hosting their model sailboat regatta at the pond behind the Farmhouse on Saturday, April 9th. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. followed by a skippers meeting for the participants at 9 a.m., and the racing will commence at 9:20 a.m.
