The Chamber has embarked on a DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) campaign. Our purpose is to help create a more welcoming town for all to enjoy. If we are open to listening and learning, we will change a little and grow a lot. We invite you to join us on this journey.
 
This effort is not only aimed at racial injustices, but also addresses inequality due to gender, sexual orientation, age, culture, or religion. Everyone must have the opportunity to be a part of the community and have their voice heard. 
 
This campaign is a multi-faceted, multi-year project involving many partners, including the Town of Los Gatos, Los Gatos Library, Anti-Racism Coalition, NUMU, the Town Commissions and many others.  
 
Change is frightening sometimes and does not happen overnight, but give it time and patience and we will find peace in diversity.

Join us on April 25 at 3pm at Town Plaza, as we launch this campaign with the Mayor, our new Town Poet Laureate and others.

Multi-Chamber Virtual Mixer
Thursday, April 22, 4pm
Join us for this virtual networking mixer! 11 Chambers have come together so that even in this uncertain time, you can keep growing your networks and keep up with one another - while following social distancing guidelines. Zoom into this multi-chamber virtual networking event from the comfort of your favorite chair, couch, home office or kitchen counter!

Attendees will be randomly split into small breakout rooms where they will have 10 minutes to network with one another. There will be a few rounds to give attendees the opportunity to meet new people, exchange ideas, explore partnerships or just chat.
