Happy Holidays!
Dr. Kordonowy's office will close early this Friday, December 20, 2019 at noon, in order for our staff to enjoy a holiday luncheon together. We will also be closed on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 through Wednesday, December 25, 2019 in observance of the Christmas holiday. The office will be closed again on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 and Wednesday, January 1, 2020 in observance of the New Year. We will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2019.
Dr. Kordonowy will be out of the office beginning December 24, 2019 and will return on January 6, 2020.
If you are in need of urgent care during a closure date, please call or text Dr. Kordonowy's cell phone number (Premier and Platinum Members) or call the office number 239-362-3005 and follow the prompts.
If you are in need of any medication refills before the holidays, please let us know so that we may fill them for you. If you haven't received your flu shot yet and would like to get one, we still have a few left!
