Use anti-social seating to require a patron to buy all the seats
at a table or in a group
Sometimes you want your patrons to be required to buy all the seats at a table or in a group. It's a good way to implement social distancing. And it's also good for an event when people that don't know each other might not want to share a table.

That's why we call it anti-social seating. You can set up a show to enable an online patron to purchase one seat of a table of four or six, etc. When the patron chooses a seat, all seats of that table or "pod" will be selected at once.

Are old shows cluttering up your show list?
Time to clean them out and archive!
Over time, the list of shows in Wintix just keeps getting longer and longer. You have to keep scrolling and scrolling just to find the show you are looking for - just like how old clothes you never wear clutter up your closet!

Make your life simpler and less frustrating (every little thing helps!) by archiving your old shows. This removes them from the active list and makes your current shows much easier to deal with.)

Many of our clients fear the old shows will disappear if they archive them, but that isn't true. You can even run reports from the old, archived shows (see article below).

How to run reports from archived, old shows
No sifting through dusty boxes to get sales, customer, or other information about your old, archived shows. In Wintix, archived shows are called "oldsales."

Say goodbye to inactive names or make them active again
Just like old shows, inactive names of customers need to be either cleaned out or made active again once in awhile. We live in a mobile society. It has been said that 50% of our population moves every two years. You need to keep this list current.

  • Inactive people are people who have not purchased anything since a particular date (the default is the last two years)
  • Inactive customers do not belong to a specified group
  • Inactive customers are people who have not been manually entered in the last six months
  • Many inactive people learned sheltering in place for a year probably made them gain the dreaded "Quarantine Fifteen." Their baking phase didn't help but now their sourdough is really good.
