Office Highlights
The Office had the opportunity in March to present to two amazing groups: The Meadows at Martin Downs HOA and the YMCA. We enjoy meeting our Martin County residents and to listen and answer their important questions. If you'd like for the Office to come and speak to your organization, please call 772-221-1374.

Our First 2023 Submission to the Florida Department of Revenue

By law, all Florida Property Appraisers must submit their Name, Address, Legal (NAL) file, Sales Data File (SDF), and the Geographic Information System (GIS) shape file to the Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) by April 1st of each year. The FDOR audits all three files for accuracy and to ensure Florida Property Appraisers comply with all laws. The NAL and the SDF files were submitted on March 29, and the GIS file was submitted on March 17.
