We Still Need Your Help!
Schweizer TG-3A

Your donations are being sought to help Estrella Warbirds Museum acquire a rare WWII Schweizer TG-3A Training Glider for static display.

There were only 113 produced and only four known surviving Schweizer TG-3A gliders.  We want to preserve this historical aircraft for future generations to enjoy!

Click on picture for more information.  We are still shy of our  $2,500 goal  to acquire the glider (similar to one pictured), and another $1500 for finish details. The TG-3A is partially restored (parts complete).  You can rest assure that your restoration crew will finish the job in a most excellent manner.  All financial donations made to Estrella Warbirds Museum are tax deductible as much as the law allows. To find out more information and to donate to the cause, please  Click on the glider picture above to be taken to our project donation page.  Please donate today!

Have you thought about how you are going to spend the summer?  Here's a great idea.  Have some fun!.   Estrella Warbirds Museum is actively seeking active humans in dire need of other human interaction.

What's your talent?
Customer Service?  We need your help in the gift shop.

Do you like sharing stories and adventures?  We need your help as a greeter or docent at the museum.  Helping  visitors find their way around. Learn a little history!  Don't worry.  Many visitors know more about specific items in the museum than most would give them credit.  Why? because they may have been part of the item's  past history.

Do you like books? Reading?  Our library is a great source of historical books and can always use another set of hands to help out during the day.

Do you like automobiles or racing history?  The Woodland Auto Display is a great place to meet people and swap stories.  Do you have a few extra hours to spend helping out?

We guarantee you will meet interesting people.  It's a great place to make life-long friends.  It's a great place to give a little back to the community in which you live.  It's a great place to be part of the fastest growing non-profit museum on the central coast.

We want to meet you.  Kindly fill out the volunteer application form. Click on the logo above for more information.

Thank you!
