Dear Parents,
We had an amazing turn-out at our St. Matt's Market Day. We had 40 vendors and over 600 hundred shoppers came through our doors. Thank you to all who helped organize and set up the event. It was a great day!
TEN DAYS until our Santa Breakfast on Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 8:00am - 12:00pm in the cafeteria and foyer. The school students (K5 and up) will be singing for the 9:00 AM Mass (please fill out the permission slips sent home today). The parishioners requested another kids mass because it brings so much joy to them, especially during the Christmas Season. Students should wear Mass attire and can change after for the Pancake breakfast. This is a wonderful family friendly event and the cost is DONATION ONLY. There is no set cost so everyone can afford to come. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be here, with Olaf, the Grinch, and Elf on a Shelf. Pictures with Santa and cookie decorating will take place in the foyer form 10:00 - Noon. There will be beautiful raffle baskets, a poinsettia raffle and all you can eat pancakes, eggs, sausages and homemade applesauce. If you want to donate a raffle basket, there is still time. Please bring them in by Wednesday, December 6. Please come! All donations and proceeds go directly to our building/remodeling fund.
Our Christmas Concert is right around the corner. It will be Thursday, December 21 at 1:30pm and 6:00pm. It is in the church this year. All Students will wear Christmas dress up clothes: dresses, dress pants, shirt and tie or sweaters, etc. Sweatpants, jeans and lounge wear are not acceptable as this is a very special event.
We will be attending Mass on Friday, December 8 instead of Tuesday, in honor of the Immaculate Conception. You are welcome to join us at 8:30AM.
PLEASE SUPPORT THE SANTA BREAKFAST AND MASS on SUNDAY, December 10! Please complete the permissions slips and return to school ASAP. It is so great to be part of this wonderful school family!
Beyond Blessed ~
