NEWSLETTER
HOUSING OUR NEIGHBORS

In our September newsletter, we are excited to share an update about Agrihood, some recent media coverage, upcoming events, and opportunities to work with us.

It's officially Autumn! As the temperatures cool down, our HT team looks forward to seeing our industry colleagues at some Fall conferences, and of course creating more affordable housing options for our neighbors throughout the greater Bay Area!

STORIES

Agrihood Grand Opening Community Celebration

Our HT team were excited to join the community and other funding partners for the much-anticipated Agrihood Grand Opening on September 20.

Developed by our long-time partners, The Core Companies, this first-of-its-kind urban farm community connects contemporary city living with the city of Santa Clara’s rich agricultural past. Our new neighbors recently moved into the 165 affordable homes for seniors and veterans. Noni Ramos, our CEO, was a guest speaker and spoke about our strong partnership and our role providing early funding to support this unique project.
