Sonoma County - Up about 11.5% with Single Family Homes now averaging $996,000 and condo/townhouses now at $445,000.

Petaluma - Down about 18% (due to some abnormally high priced sales in Jan 2021) with Single Family Homes now averaging $897,000 and condo/townhouses now at $520,000.

Rohnert Park / Cotati - Up about 10.5% with Single Family Homes now averaging $734,000 and condo/townhouses now at $427,000.

Santa Rosa - Up about 25% with Single Family Homes now averaging $949,000 and condo/townhouses now at $460,000.

Windsor - Down about 6.5% with Single Family Homes now averaging $887,000 and condo/townhouses now at $427,000.

Sebastopol - Down about 3.5% with Single Family Homes now averaging $962,000 and condo/townhouses now at $458,000.
