Happy 2024! The new year gives us the chance to explore new goals, gain new skills, and make new connections. All things feel possible! And we’ve got your covered – this year, join L-C Valley Habitat to achieve some fulfilling New Years Resolutions! Meet your fitness goals while transforming our community!
- Get your steps in or even do some heavy lifting at the build site. We have tasks for people of all abilities and activity levels.
- The skills you learn with L-C Valley Habitat are not only deeply rewarding, they’re practical and useful in real life.
-
You don’t need any prior experience to get started – our crew leaders are as friendly as they are knowledgeable!
- Giving back won’t only transform the lives of others, it will benefit your own life as well.
- Volunteering is one of the most meaningful resolutions you can make.
Whether you want to volunteer, donate, or cheer on from the sidelines, you can help families in our community build independence through affordable homeownership. Find out more information on our Volunteer Opportunities page.
Happy New Year, and whatever your goals for 2024, we’re cheering you on!

Welcome Rebecca Mann
to our Board of Directors
|
|
Rebecca Mann recently joined the Habitat family. She has assisted in organizing food and hygiene drives for families in need throughout our community on both sides of the river. She also created partnerships throughout the LC Valley with different organizations to address mental health, hygiene supplies for youth, and food insecurity.
Rebecca looks forward to working with Habitat for Humanity to make housing more accessible and affordable throughout the valley.

The construction crew at our 35th Habitat home is painting the exterior now and will work on the trim when the weather gets warmer.
We are always seeking additional volunteers for all stages of construction. If you are interested in joining us on the build site, click here or call our office at 509-758-7396.

Clarkston Affordable Home Repair (CAHR) Opens Application Process
|
|
Working in partnership with the City of Clarkston and Washington State Department of Commerce, LCHFH has received a second round of funding for the Clarkston Affordable Home Repair (CAHR) Program.
The CAHR helps families address critical needs in their homes by focusing on safety, accessibility and meeting municipal codes. By offering home repairs for no or low cost, the program will help preserve and ensure safe, decent, and affordable housing in Clarkston. Our program provides repairs and ADA modifications for low-income homeowners, such as those who are disabled or on a fixed income, so residents can continue to live safely and independently.

Grateful for our CAHR program partners:
